Bart Waller, Clyco, Georgia, was skeptical at first about trying Optimize^® LCO Promoter Technology^® on his soybean seed. So he decided to do a test on two side by side plots.

“I used Optimize on 10 acres of soybeans and then planted another 10 acres right next to the Optimize treated plants. I thought this would be a good comparison to see if the LCO Promoter Technology really worked,” Bart says.

He was very pleased with the results on his operation. Within just 21 days after emergence he was able to see a visual benefit of using Optimize.

“We also used the seed treatment ApronMaxx RTA on the Optimize beans. The combination resulted in a 4.75 to 5 bushel increase per acre. I was very pleased with the combination of products and the effect they had on my yields,” says Bart.

The weather was somewhat stressful to Bart’s crop also. Even with above normal rainfall conditions he still noticed the Optimize LCO Promoter Technology beans performed better.

“Despite the wet weather the Optimize treated beans grew vigorously and had better, darker coloring. I will definitely use it again and plan on using Optimize^® LIFT^® on my peanuts this year. I expect to see great benefits from that also.”
